Registration Instructions

Please complete the registration to attend the Young Investigator Meeting (YIM), Group Leader Satellite Workshop, and the Main Meeting. All attendees, including keynote speakers, sponsors, and invited participants are required to register.

A registration fee applies per participant (2500 SEK incl. VAT, approximately 230€). This fee includes access to the full scientific programme, as well as catering during the event, including coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner. Where applicable, the fee will be invoiced directly to your organisation or home institution.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

We warmly encourage participants to submit an abstract. Registration for the meeting is integrated with abstract submission. Participants are therefore asked to prepare their abstract before starting the registration process.  Abstracts must not exceed 250 words and should strictly follow the provided template. Please prepare your abstract using the official template (appears when selecting “Yes” by Abstract submission in the registration form), then convert it to PDF before submission. Only PDF files will be accepted.

When saving your file, please use the first author’s name in the following format:
LastName_Initial.pdf

Posters and Flash Talks

All submitted abstracts are considered as submissions for poster presentation. In addition, the abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee to select 10-20 abstracts for short “flash talk” presentations. Authors of selected abstracts of flash talk presentations will be notified.

Detailed information of poster and flash talk formats will be provided after selection of flash talks. Bring your best ideas to life—engaging flash talks and eye-catching posters won’t just spark discussion, they could also win you exciting prizes!
